At Firefly, we aim to employ psychological metrics to assess an individual’s learning characteristics. This approach allows learners to uncover their latent potential and understand their distinct learning traits. Our goal is to guide them in exploring and harnessing their talents through personalized educational games.

You learn best when you understand how you learn and ways to improve your learning — and we will help you do so! At Firefly, explore and receive feedback on how you engage with materials, process information, and create learning goals.
Our test is adapted from the Felder-Silverman Learning Style Model and the other learning characteristic model. It is a well-researched model of learning approaches widely used across online learning platforms! It is useful for identifying individual learning preferences and developing effective learning strategies — By understanding your strengths and weaknesses as a learner, you can tailor your approach to learning and maximize your potential for academic success!
We show each learner their dominant preference in each of the following dimensions: processing (active/reflective), perception (sensing/intuitive), input (visual/verbal) and understanding (sequential/global). Dive into these dimensions to learn more about you as a learner.
